Equipment for Productions

Local Students

Regardless of field of study, local college students have excellent opportunities to gain valuable media production experience through CATV. Students can produce their own programs or work with station personnel on sports, lecture, or talk shows, or work with other students on their own productions.

Local Faculty and Staff

Faculty and staff members from local colleges are encouraged to produce programs and to contact CATV regarding program ideas.

Reserving Equipment

Users must meet eligibility requirements in order to reserve equipment.

Eligibility Checklist

The following requirements must be met in order to reserve equipment:

• User must be a student, faculty, or staff member of a local area nonprofit college
• User must have had a meeting with the director of CATV to verify usage criteria
• User must accept financial responsibility for the equipment they wish to use
• User must provide the station with a program tape that will ultimately air on CATV
